Perinatal counseling helps expectant and new parents experiencing stress, depression and/or anxiety in response to the big changes that come with motherhood and fatherhood. Sometimes this period involves loss such as fertility challenges, pregnancy complications, and miscarriage. Counseling can help process these challenges and losses.
